New Orleans, or what is left of it, is not deemed newsworthy any longer. The other day, I saw images from the Asian areas struck by the tsunami last year, and it struck me that poor Asian countries appear to be doing a pretty amazing job rebuilding their damage, something one might or might not be able to say about the richest nation in the world and ruined New Orleans.
